High Rise Condominium near downtown has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Maintenance Employee.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must have basic knowledge of condominium building systems, including painting, plumbing, and minor electrical.
• Maintains the cleanliness and safety of all common areas, including lobby, hallways, and amenities.
• Maintain records of completed work, inspections, and necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with Resident Manager to ensure timely project completion.
• Identify issues and report any necessary repairs to the Resident Manager.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Resident Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be literate and able to communicate and speak English.
• Some experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a high-rise residential condominium building. Willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and light landscaping.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours. Must also be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, & crawl. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Wiliness to learn.
• Pre-employment drug test and criminal background check required.
