400 plus unit condominium in Kakaako is seeking an EXPERIENCED General Manager.

Mixed use condominium in Kakaako is searching for a well-qualified candidate to start as soon as possible.  Candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Resident Manager.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
• Multi-task with high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Establishes and maintains a pro-active human resources function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, wage and benefit administration, and compliance with established labor regulations.
• Have firm leadership skills, excellent people skills, and be an exceptional oral and written communicator. 
• Ensures good safety practices of employees and owners/guests, assisting in maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Must be able to learn and use web-based platforms such as Building Link.
• Have exceptional Time-Management Skills, have financial acumen, be a Leader, a team player, a self-starter, be able to multitask and problem-solve, work under pressure, pay extreme attention to detail, stay focused, and successfully work under minimal supervision
• Be able to handle resident complaints and condo issues effectively and compassionately, including after-hours, while remaining professional and presentable.
• Solicit, compare, and review bids from reputable contractors.  Review contractor licensing and insurance requirements.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs to protect the physical assets of the Association.
• Understand the Associations’ governing documents to ensure that operations are in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and requirements of any federal, state or municipal authority.

The position includes a 2-bedroom unit, electricity and internet is also included. Medical/dental insurance provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
