Job Description:

Luxury high-rise condominium in the heart of Kaka'ako's Ward Village is hiring self-starters for the Engineering department. The Relief Engineer ensures optimal operation and refines operations to maximize efficiency, drawing on in-depth understanding of the Association facility. With input from the Facility Engineer and the Director of Facilities, plans, designs, and oversees the maintenance, reconfiguration and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures and other facilities. Aids in determining project needs and development of management control systems to reduce costs; analyzes material and labor cost by gathering and reviewing data. Provides input for design and control systems modifications and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years' supervisory experience.
• Has experience operating central plant equipment such as chillers, cooling towers, boilers, amplifiers, and large air handlers.
• Has experience in operating a software-based Building Management System (BMS).
• Journeyman level trades education or training is highly desirable.
