Operations Manager for a Luxury High Rise

Seeking an Operations Manager for a luxury high rise with 40 - story tower; 12 - story Townhouse, 50 - commercial units in the Kaka’ako area. The candidate will assist the General Manager to oversee the day to day operations which include, but not limited to maintaining building mechanical equipment and supervising staff personnel. Further responsibilities include enforcing house rules, executing management policies, and communicating directly with residents and contractors. The candidate must have three years of association management experience.
