An Executive level Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager. Manages the executive schedule, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, notices and conference calls. Plans and executes a wide range of functions including responsibility for personnel administration, tenant and employee relations, payroll and records management. Assists in the preparation of financial statements and budgets. Manages the Keauhou Place Database, updating and maintaining new and current resident information. Creates and maintains all forms and signage regarding Keauhou Place and works with Buildinglink Web Site and app(s). Work requires some analysis and use of initiative and independent judgment with frequent access to confidential and highly complex information. Is knowledgeable of corporate policy and is often called upon to interpret and communicate the General Manager’s intent to our residents and contractors. May also include assisting with the security electronic access control management & devices. Other duties will include working with Security and Maintenance Managers to ensure communications are met at all levels. Conducts inspection at the request of the GM to ensure safety is met and walks property weekly.
Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year of executive level condominium administrative experience or other form of supervisory experience that can be substituted for the position. New condominium opening experience is helpful. Pre-Employment drug test and background check required. Compensation commensurate with experience.
