Seeking Assistant Manager for the 801 South St. condominium complex in the Kaka'ako area.

Competitive base salary with unique benefits and bonus. Compensation also includes use of a 1br./1ba. apartment. Total compensation at $58,000+ annually. Salary offered will reflect ability and experience.

The position requires direct interaction and supervision of maintenance, security and office personnel. The Assistant Residential Manager reports directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager will include enforcement of House Rule compliance, reporting on the general upkeep of the condominium and it's operating equipment, reporting matters involving safety, security and conflict regarding the occupants of the condominium, supervision of record keeping involving warranty, amenities, financial transactions, etc..., facilitating contractual agreements with vendors and work orders when necessary, monitoring inventory of supplies, and
supporting the General Manager in all aspects.

Candidates should have experience in the condominium management or operations field (or comparable). Standard qualifications of computer skills, office equipment use, report writing, problem solving and conflict resolution also apply.

The Assistant Manager must complete a minimum 40 hour work week with the expectation of on-call situations, after hours work (when needed), and the attendance of meetings. The Assistant Manager is also required to live on-site. This is a smoke-free and drug-free environment, potential hires will be required to complete drug screening pre-employment. A background check will also be mandatory prior to hire.
