Seeking Maintenance/Labor for a Luxury Condo in Hawaii ($14. +DOE)

This a FULL TIME TEMPERARY HIRE Position. Possible permanent hire. 

Seeking an individual with positive attitude, self-motivated, detail orientated, takes initiative, goes above & beyond and will committed to quality work. 

Position Title: Maintenance / Labor

Qualifications: Must be energetic and enthusiastic with good organization and customer service skills.

-Show up on time and ready to work.

-Effectively communicate both orally and written.

-Follow simple directions and procedures. 

-Work independently without continuous supervision

-Work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays and some Holidays.

-Pass criminal/employment background check.

-Good attitude and able to work with others

-Pool Spa cleaning and/or maintenance experience is a plus, (not required) but willing to learn

- Will hire good attitude before experience.
