Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a small team of custodial staff.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules for all common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and address maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with management to prioritize tasks and address resident concerns.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Supervisory/Managerial role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
