801 South St. AOUO -Maintenance Chief

We are a high rise condominium complex along Kapiolani Boulevard in Honolulu seeking a seasoned individual with strengths in leadership, preventative maintenance, and cleaning to work alongside and manage a loyal team. This is an advertisement for the permanent, full-time (40 hours/wk.) position of Maintenance Tech III (Chief of Maintenance).

You will be expected to:
Supervise and work along side a staff of 6 other employees.
Report only to the Operations and General Manager.
Delegate assignments and workload.
Generate typed reports and attend meetings as needed.
Troubleshoot common area property damage, equipment failure, maintenance concerns and investigate water leaks.
Schedule projects and preventative maintenance.
Complete some custodial cleaning work as needed.
