Hiring immediately for a full time Maintenance/Groundskeeper for a residential property in Aiea, HI.

Job Description:  Duties to include (but not limited to)

• Daily maintenance of common areas and landscape
• Assist in maintenance and repair of all building exteriors
• Maintain a level of professionalism & courtesy
• Shift is Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm, with specific holidays off

Job Requirements:

• Punctual & dependable
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work as a team, but ok with solo projects (with guidance)
• Able to communicate properly, english speaking/comprehension preferred 
• Basic knowledge of small hand & power tools

Compensation:

• Hourly pay - based on experience
• Benefit package available after probation, including sick and vacation days
