Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property.
- Manage property maintenance and supervise maintenance, security, and administrative staff.
- Oversee service vendors and ensure quality service delivery.
- Interface with residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage projects and assist with the enforcement of community rules.
- Be available on call 24/7 to handle emergency situations.
- Possess general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in condominium management.
- Strong administrative and supervisory skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
