Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Resident Manager. Excellent verbal and written business communication skills required. Ability to handle multi-tasks with high level of organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to manage a staff of 10 plus. The property has several (live-in) assistant managers, as well as office assistants and maintenance/janitorial staff. Must have great communication, strong PC skills including MS Word and Excel. Good work ethic and must be a team player.
The position includes a 2-bedroom unit (no pets allowed), electricity and internet is also included. Medical/dental insurance provided.
