RESIDENT MANAGERResident Manager will manage a 27-story residential tower totaling 200 units in downtown Honolulu with commercial spaces. Selected candidate will be required to live on site. Resident Manager must have management, organization, communication, problem-solving and customer service skills. Position requires an understanding of basic building systems. Resident Manger will oversee unit repairs, emergency repairs, schedule preventative maintenance inspections, vacant unit maintenance, annual unit inspection, and assist in seeking proposals for contract services or special projects. Investigate tenant violations in accordance with House Rules and organize resident activities. Must be proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel), understand instructions, and be able to communicate effectively with owner representatives, vendors, and tenants.
